Abstract:

Surgery is a difficult skill to teach and even more difficult to assess. In the context of orthopaedic surgery, the Oxford unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (OUKA) is a commonly performed and technically challenging procedure with a variable and sometimes unsatisfactory revision rate.
