Introduction:

Assistive technology such as motion detectors, tablet computers, and wearable sensors has the potential to support persons with dementia and their carers. This study investigated the experiences and impact of assistive technology on carers (family, friends and neighbours) who support persons with dementia living at home in the United Kingdom.
