Bubble dynamics in therapeutic ultrasound

Abstract:

Rapid hyperthermia resulting in tissue necrosis has proven to be a useful therapeutic modality for clinical application of high-intensity focused ultrasound. At therapeutic intensities, the hyperthermia is often accompanied by bubble activity.
