Abstract:

Nucleotide synthesis is a conserved and highly regulated response to DNA damage, required for the efficient repair of DNA double strand breaks (DSB) by homologous recombination (HR). This is essential to prevent loss of heterozygosity (LOH) and maintain genome stability.
