Graphene oxide/perovskite interfaces for photovoltaics

Abstract:

Graphene-based materials hold a promising prospect for their utilization in perovskite solar cell devices as electron-extraction or hole-transport layers. Here, we investigate the role of oxidized graphene when interfaced with the perovskite MAPbI.
